RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions if your request is eligible.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect product or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, Your Peptide Source LLC will cover the applicable return shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.
Unsatisfactory Products
If you are not satisfied with your order for an eligible reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can investigate the issue promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened, used, or altered products
• Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition
• Temperature-sensitive products due to storage and handling requirements
• Sale or clearance items
• Products returned after the applicable return period
These items are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
HOW TO START A RETURN

2. Provide Your Information
Please include:

• Name and contact information
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the product and packaging when applicable
3. Approval Review
Our team will review your request and determine whether the item qualifies for a return, refund, or exchange.
4. Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how to return the product.
Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from our team.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We generally process approved refunds within 1–2 business days after the returned product has been inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If you have not received your refund after the applicable processing period:

• Contact your bank, as additional processing delays may occur.

EXCHANGES
We replace products only when they are defective, damaged, or when an incorrect product was sent.

GIFT RETURNS
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved refund may be issued as store credit or a gift certificate, where applicable.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift purchaser, any approved refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
IMPORTANT RESEARCH PRODUCT NOTICE

Research products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or therapeutic applications. Due to the nature of these products and their storage and handling requirements, certain research products may be subject to additional return restrictions.
