Your Peptide Source (YPS) uses available shipping carriers and services based on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been processed for shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged shipments, photographs of the product and packaging may be requested so that we can investigate the issue.

Eligible cases will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution in accordance with our store policies and applicable law.

International Orders

Customers placing international orders are responsible for determining whether the products ordered may lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

YPS cannot guarantee customs clearance or specific international delivery times.
